About Betsy – Betsy Simpson Jewelry

Betsy Simpson is a native Texan.
With a degree in fashion, Betsy spent many fun years creating clothes for herself and daughter.
For the last 20 years, she has used this creative “drive” for her jewelry designing.

Betsy’s first job was in retailing, so she loves not only creating the jewelry, but selling and getting to know her customers.

Betsy and her husband have a ranch in the Texas Hill Country and enjoy spending time there relaxing and being with family and friends. She loves the Texas landscape and natural beauty.

Even though Betsy is a true Texan. She and her sisters were lucky enough to spend summers in Maine. They were there as children and continue to go there now with their own families.

Betsy’s diverse background from Texas and the Northeast helps to make her designs unique and classic.

Betsy fashions each piece of her jewelry by hand. She enjoys all facets of her business, from selecting her unique materials, to creating each piece, then sharing the joy of her friends and clients wearing their new jewelry purchase!

Betsy regularly attends gem shows, seeking truly one-of-a-kind elements for her creations. Her continuous research shows in the craftsmanship of each piece in her collection.

She travels extensively throughout Texas and the Southwest searching for the most exquisite materials to create her line of hand-crafted jewelry.
