Beretta Gallery in Highland Park Village and other luxury retailers have hosted trunk shows for Betsy Simpson Jewelry.

Many of the trunk shows benefit various philanthropic groups around the communities that she lives and works in. Some of the groups she works with are the Salvation Army, the C.C.Young Benevolence Fund, Junior League of Dallas, and American Cancer Society.
